Leadership Announcement for 2025-2026
The election results reflect a strong commitment to excellence within Financial Executives International as it embarks on a new fiscal year starting July 1, 2025. Alice L. Jolla, who has actively participated in FEI since 2011, will take on the role of Board Chair. Jolla’s prior experience includes serving as Chair for FEI’s Committee on Corporate Reporting (CCR), where she was instrumental in guiding discussions on essential financial reporting issues. Her tenure with FEI began in 2017 when she joined the Board as a Director.
Vice-Chair: Vincent Greene
Vincent Greene has been appointed Vice-Chair of FEI after joining as a member in 2008. He currently serves as Automotive Controller at General Motors Company and has held various positions within FEI’s committees, including CCR and Committee on Benefits Finance (CBF). Greene’s leadership skills were recognized when he was elected to the Board as a Director in 2021.
Secretary: Amie Thuener
Amie Thuener takes on the role of Secretary for this term; she is currently the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Alphabet Inc. Thuener’s active involvement with FEI began in 2013 when she joined CCR and contributed significantly through various working groups focused on critical financial issues like lease accounting and software capitalization. She previously served as Treasurer before stepping into her new role.
Treasurer: Nicholas Koutouras
Nicholas Koutouras has been named Treasurer; he heads Finance for Wealth Management at U.S. Bank and has been affiliated with FEI since 2010. His experience includes numerous leadership roles within local chapters, culminating in his election to the Board as a Director in 2022.
Immediate Past Chair: Caroline Sullivan
Caroline Sullivan rounds out this leadership team by serving as Immediate Past Chair. As VP of Procurement and Real Estate at Elevance Health, Sullivan brings valuable insights from her active participation in both Committee on Finance & Information Technology (CFIT) and her chairmanship of Financial Accounting & Reporting Roundtable (FARR). She started her journey with FEI’s Board as a Director in 2020.
