The sewer fund reported increased expenses related to electricity and sludge removal. Additionally, snow and ice removal costs exceeded budget forecasts by 50%, marking an unusual occurrence in recent years.

Investment income benefited from delayed capital projects, with construction efforts at the elementary school and library expansion limiting available investment opportunities in FY26.
